Purchase Lucidity PRO (or the previous Remove Ads product, if still available in your region). If you’ve already purchased, tap Restore Purchases in the app (if available) while signed into the same Apple ID.
Confirm notification permissions in Settings → Notifications → Lucidity and ensure Allow Notifications and Time-Sensitive are enabled. Also verify Focus or Do Not Disturb settings. Use the 'Setup Guide' button on the alarms page to guide you this process.
Before Lucidity 3.0, dreams were only ever stored locally on your device. Once you create an account, your saved dreams will automatically upload to the cloud. If you wish to not create an account and want to export your dreams, tap the 'Where are my dreams?' button on the landing page and choose 'No thanks, export dreams'. If something looks missing or you were unable to import your dreams, email support@lucidityapp.co with details.
Make sure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID, then try Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t unlock, contact us and include your App Store invoice email (no payment info) and your account email.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem site to request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use the in-app option (if available): Profile → Delete account & data. Or email privacy@lucidityapp.co from your account email and we’ll help.
Lucidity is available for iOS at this time. See the App Store listing for current OS version requirements and device compatibility.
